Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on the number of agents you manage and your configured alert options. Some days you may receive no messages; other days you may receive several if one or more of your agents experience outages or other issues you have set to receive messages for. You may also prefer to use email alerts and can have a mix of both, per agent.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan.

Opt-Out and Control: You may enable or disable SMS alerts anytime in your ISP Tracker dashboard, on a per-agent basis. You may also stop SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any ISP Tracker message.
