Our software agents work on various systems like Windows and Linux, but servers can crash or be shut off unexpectedly.
There may be no servers to install on in places like equipment rooms or utility cabinets, where our hardware devices excel.
These devices update themselves, operate non-stop, and ensure no event is missed, ideal for uninterrupted monitoring.
Each device is manually updated with the latest firmware and software, and tested on the ISP Tracker network before shipping.
Hardware agents are a one-time cost, and work with our standard licensing subscription.
Organization pricing
Software agents can be downloaded instantly while hardware agents can be ordered from the site.
Organizations are billed monthly for licenses, discounted by volume automatically and include some additional features that our consumer side does not.
For example, all agents can be viewed in real time using the Overview map. Organizations also have a manager that can add and remove admins as needed which is useful when there are different people in different areas managing the network.

100Mbps interfaces
Sometimes, fully saturating an Internet connection may not be as effective as knowing if there is usable bandwidth. In these cases, our 100Mbps devices work well. We also offer an environment monitoring version of our agent.

2.5Gbps interface
In some situations, there is a need to know if we are hitting near or above 1 gigabit Internet speed. These devices offer a 2.5Gbps wired interface, 2.5Ghz, 5Ghz wireless radios, and dual Access points if needed.
