Progressive pricing applies to every ISP Tracker member. Each group of agents is billed at the rate for its tier; moving into another tier does not reprice agents in earlier tiers.

For example, the first 10 Extended agents are billed at $5.95 each, while agents 11–20 are billed at $5.50 each.
Software or dedicated hardware
Choose free software agents where a suitable Windows or Linux system is already available. Choose optional dedicated hardware where monitoring should continue independently of a PC or server. Dedicated agents arrive configured and tested, are a one-time purchase, and can be used with free monitoring or Extended Monitoring. Members can use software agents, hardware agents, or both in the same account.

Choose the hardware that fits the connection and location. Hardware is optional; it is not required for accurate monitoring.
100Mbps Hardware Agent
A lower-cost choice for continuous visibility into connection availability and normal performance, rather than repeatedly measuring the maximum speed of a very fast connection. It is practical for remote locations, backup connections, metered or cellular connections, and locations where lower bandwidth use matters.

For faster connections where the monitoring hardware should not become the limiting factor. It provides a 2.5Gbps wired interface and dual-band Wi-Fi, and each agent is configured and tested before shipping.

This option is prepared for connections approaching or exceeding 1Gbps.
Order HardwareHardware volume pricing is based on the total number of units in an order. The price shown for the applicable quantity range applies to each unit in that order.
Hardware costs may change with supplier pricing and availability. Orders of 100 or more may qualify for additional volume pricing based on current equipment costs.
More visibility as you add locations
After there are 10 active agents, the Overview Map automatically becomes available. View monitored connections together, compare what is happening across locations, and recognize whether a problem is isolated or shared. More locations help build independent evidence when recurring problems need investigation, and additional administrators can help manage different locations. Lower progressive pricing applies as more Extended agents are added.
