100Mbps Hardware Agent
This is a preconfigured 100Mbps ISP Tracker hardware agent for dedicated Internet monitoring. Monitoring service is licensed separately.
Each agent is manually configured and tested before shipping and provides dedicated Internet monitoring without requiring a computer or server to remain running.
Before ordering
Hardware agents require a wired Ethernet connection with DHCP and Internet access. They are intended to operate inside your local network and should not be connected directly to the Internet.
100Mbps interface
Internet monitoring does not always require repeatedly saturating a connection with full-speed tests. This model provides a 100Mbps Ethernet interface and is a practical choice when the goal is continuous monitoring of connection quality and usable bandwidth while keeping bandwidth and data usage low.
Activation
Activation instructions are sent by email after ordering. Once activated, the hardware agent is assigned to your ISP Tracker account and begins monitoring the connection.

Connection and power
Requires an available DHCP-enabled Ethernet port on your router or network and a standard 1 amp or greater USB power supply. Connect the Ethernet cable to the LAN port of the agent. ICMP should not be blocked by the firewall because it is one of the protocols used for monitoring.
If connecting a USB device such as a webcam or environmental sensor, use a minimum 2 amp power supply to provide sufficient power for both the agent and USB device.
Hardware availability
We use compatible off-the-shelf hardware running ISP Tracker software. Models and appearance may change depending on availability, so the device received may not look exactly like the one pictured. Devices are typically approximately 2 to 3 inches square and include a USB cable. A USB power supply is generally not included.
Additional hardware features
This model supports additional hardware-agent capabilities including built-in DNS services and webcam support. Available features may depend on the specific hardware and current ISP Tracker software.
International shipping
International shipments can sometimes be delayed, lost, returned, or otherwise affected after entering the destination country. Please consider local shipping conditions before ordering. Contact us before ordering if international delivery is a concern.
Security and privacy
Hardware agents are designed to operate as clients inside the local network and are not security-hardened for direct Internet exposure.
ISP Tracker hardware agents do not sniff network packets or inspect the Internet activity of other devices on the network.
Hardware support and returns
Each device is configured and tested before shipping. Because the hardware is prepared specifically for use as an ISP Tracker agent, configured devices are non-refundable and cannot be returned for resale.
