2.5Gbps Hardware Agent
This is a preconfigured 2.5Gbps ISP Tracker hardware agent for dedicated Internet monitoring. Monitoring service is licensed separately.
Each agent is manually configured and tested before shipping and provides dedicated Internet monitoring without requiring a computer or server to remain running.
Before ordering
Hardware agents require a wired Ethernet connection with DHCP and Internet access. They are intended to operate inside your local network and should not be connected directly to the Internet.
2.5Gbps interface
This model provides a 2.5Gbps Ethernet interface, making it suitable for monitoring faster Internet connections where a 100Mbps hardware interface could become a limiting factor.
Activation
Activation instructions are sent by email after ordering. Once activated, the hardware agent is assigned to your ISP Tracker account and begins monitoring the connection.

Using your own hardware
International shipping can sometimes make purchasing hardware from us unnecessarily expensive. In some cases, we can provide compatible hardware specifications so the device can be purchased locally and converted into an ISP Tracker agent remotely.
The remote conversion service is $20.00 per device. Please contact us before purchasing hardware to confirm compatibility and arrange the conversion.
Hardware availability
We use compatible off-the-shelf hardware running ISP Tracker software. Models and appearance may change depending on availability, so the device received may not look exactly like the one pictured. Contact us before ordering if a specific model is important.
Additional hardware features
Some additional hardware-agent features available on other models, including camera/snapshot support, built-in DNS services, remote LAN access, and wireless monitoring, are not currently available on this model.
Security and privacy
Hardware agents are designed to operate as clients inside the local network and are not security-hardened for direct Internet exposure.
ISP Tracker hardware agents do not sniff network packets or inspect the Internet activity of other devices on the network.
Hardware support and returns
Each device is configured and tested before shipping. Because the hardware is prepared specifically for use as an ISP Tracker agent, configured devices are non-refundable and cannot be returned for resale.
If there is a problem with a device or a special situation, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
